Ivy loves the Wonder Falls Amusement Park. It's her little bubble of happiness that keeps her afloat when she's feeling pulled down. But when everything goes wrong one day, even thoughts of this amusement park can't cheer her up. Can she find a new bubble of happiness to cheer her up?

I created this picture book soon after my first daughter was born. My wife and I are both neurodivergent and prone to thought spirals, so I wanted to make a story that acknowledged the big feelings that can sometimes overtake us. The response to those bursting bubbles of happiness is based off of the concept of resiliency zones, which I came across as a classroom teacher.Â
